- We use ERP/MRP software systems that are CFR compliant for pharmaceutical manufacturing to ensure quality at each step of the manufacturing process.
- All raw materials are tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition. We use refrigerated cold storage for probiotics and other temperature-sensitive ingredients.
- We use metal detectors, and inspection tables for more thorough inspection of individual capsules and tablets.
- Producing high-quality products requires extensive testing. Our full-service in-house quality control lab and our expertise in formulating also serve to shorten the product development process.

Full-service quality control lab on site: Microbiological Screening, Physical Test Services, and Finished Product Assays.
A short list of our in-house testing capabilities include: HPTLC, microbiological testing, disintegration, friability, fill-weight and hardness testing, as well as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), atomic absorption, and UV-VIS and infrared spectrophotometry.
Certifications
Our third party certifications mean we’ve met the standards, as determined by objective, independent auditors. We are USDA Organic Certified, Natural Products Association cGMP Certified (current good manufacturing practices), and every step in production meets the requirements for Kosher and Halal Certification.
