Our Approach

 

We Care About Everything We Do!

We closely monitor production from raw materials arrival to finished product shipments. Our products are tested and inspected at intervals during manufacture, and our large inspection tables enable automated visual inspection of every finished capsule and tablet.  Our follow-up analysis verifies that potency is accurate with each tablet and capsule.

Pacific Nutritional Inc.’s stringent quality control process has met the highest quality control standards, as determined by objective, independent auditors.

We are USDA Organic Certified, Natural Products Association cGMP Certified (current good manufacturing practices), Kosher Certified, and Halal Certified.

 

Our Process

 

Below you can see some of our testing equipment and our In Process Control Sequence where:

• Raw materials arrive
• All raw materials are quarantined
• All raw materials are tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition.
• If a raw material fails, it is returned to supplier
• If  a raw materials passes it is placed in storage
• When new work orders are processed, the raw materials are secured
• Raw materials are blended
• The blend is encapsulated or pressed into tablets
• Final Product is tested
• When the Final Product passes is forwarded for packaging and shipped
