Our Pacific Nutritional Inc. In-House Quality Control Lab provides Microbiological Screening, Physical Test Services, and Finished Product Assays.

We have state-of-the-art equipment, and our in-house testing capabilities include:

Raw Material Testing

 

• Microbiological screening for Staphylococcus aures, TPC, Coliform, E.coli, Enterobacteriaceae, Yeast, and Mold

 

• Raw material identification by IR spectroscopy

 

• Botanical identification by HPTLC

 

• Mineral and metal analysis by AAS

 

• Assay verification by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and UV-Vis spectroscopy

 

In Process Control Testing

 

• Microbiological screening for Staphylococcus aures, TPC, Coliform, E.coli, Enterobacteriaceae, Yeast, and Mold

 

• Mineral and metal analysis by AAS

 

• Potency verification by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

• Third party labs are currently used for pesticide and heavy metals analysis and for confirmation of critical or questionable results
